Skinner and Son LLC represents that it holds the licenses and insurance required under applicable Arizona law to perform the contracting services it offers. 6. No Guarantee of Results
While we are committed to quality workmanship, photos, testimonials, and descriptions on the Site (including in the Photo Gallery and Reviews sections) reflect past projects and individual customer experiences. They are not a guarantee that your project will achieve the same or similar results, as outcomes depend on factors specific to each property and project.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, photos, graphics, logos, and the Skinner and Son LLC name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Skinner and Son LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. 11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skinner and Son LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
